This is the website of the workshop helpd in Tonantzintla in October 2000. The proccedings of the workshop were published as an ASSL volume of Kluwer Academic Publishers, editors Carramiñana, Reimer & Thompson (October 2001). This was the first workshop focused on the subject and page limits were generous to allow contributions to review the particular topics presented. The table of contents is available here.
