This service unites the user with library collections and library services, through this service the user can easily locate information or can find someone to help him/her. In sum, this service is personalized attention for the user.

Through this service users learn how to apply tools existing within the library, these resources are made accessible so that the users can find all the information they need. The library kardex contains records of all magazines in the perodical’s room. Users are also taught to search within the library’s administrative system (SIABUC) and how to consult indexes, on line data bases or those on CD’s.

Telephone

This service provides users within the INAOE with a consultation service regardless of their location. They will be given a response as quickly as possible.
