In order to have your paper published in the conference proceedings and in IEEE Xplore® you must submit your Xplore-compatible PDF by July10th, 2014. The maximum number of pages for all accepted papers, either for oral or for poster presentation, is 6.
Please follow the next steps:
1. Please complete the Copyright Formfor each accepted paper. You MUST fillit out completely including your SIGNATURE (note that digital signature will not be considered).The copyright form must be in PDF file and should be CLEARLY READABLE. The signed Copyright Form must be sent to vlsisoc@inaoep.mx byJuly 10th, 2014. The subject of your mail must include the number of your paper (e.g.: "Copyright Form Paper 90").

2. Before creating the final version of your pdf file, you MUST include the appropriate copyright clearance code notice on the bottom ofthe first page of each paper according to the guidelines set forth in the Cataloging/CopyrightInstructions for an IEEE Conference Proceeding.
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
3. PDF eXpress PLUS (http://www.pdf-express.org/plus) assists conference authors in meeting the latest IEEE Xplore®requirements for PDF files and provides a simple and convenient way to collect final papers fromauthors.
You must use PDF Xpress Plus to check IEEE Xplore® compatibility and alsoto upload the final version of your paper. Please do not use EasyChair anymore.Remember that all this needs to be done beforeJuly10th.
First-time users should do the following:
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpressPlus need to follow the above steps, but shouldenter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information isvalid.
Remember that VLSI-SOC 2014 applies IEEE No Show Policy: IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paperfrom distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is notpresented at the conference.
