Abstracts --------- Please send your abstracts before Sept. 1, 1999 in LaTex document-style (without personal macros) or simple ASCII, so that they arrive here before. A book containing all the abstracts will be available to you during the conference. The abstracts will also be available at the Astronomical Data System (ADS) abstract service. Since the number of participants will be limited to 240 people, we strongly advise you to submit the abstract of your contribution. Yee : Star Formation and Galactic Environment Location: --------- The conference will be held at the Conference Center of Puebla, in the historical quarter of the city, with a one day visit to the campus of INAOE at Tonantzintla. The city of Puebla, home of over one million inhabitants, is one of the most important colonial cities in Mexico, and has been declared part of the World Heritage by UNESCO. It is located 120 km South-east of Mexico City. INAOE, the host institution, is situated in the small town of Tonantzintla, which is about 10 km west of downtown Puebla.
