Page limits will be strictly enforced and papers exceeding this limit will be returned to the authors for resubmission. __ Check your paper carefully. __ Include at least 6 keywords in your LaTeX file that are appropriate for your manuscript. __ Prepare any figures or illustrations at production size, if they will not be provided in EPS format. All figures will appear as black and white. __ Check to be sure you have included an abstract.
