This is the second announcement of the conference organized by INAOE to commemorate the work and legacy of Guillermo Haro (1913-1988), on his birth centenary. The purpose of this announcement is to update you on the scientific program, registration fee, and logistic information regarding the conference. We have already received around 100 registrations, and there is still place for a limited number of new registrations. SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM: The abstracts accepted for oral presentation have been classified into one of the following six sections: I. Formation of Young Massive Clusters in the Milky Way II. Ionized Gas Around Young Massive Clusters III. Young Massive Clusters in Nearby Galaxies IV. Evolution of Massive Clusters V. Massive Clusters as Tracers of Star Formation History of Stellar Systems VI. Young Massive Clusters in Distant Universe Each section will start with one or two key talks (30 minutes) followed by the contributed talks of 20 minutes. There will be ample space for posters, which would be displayed throughout the period of the conference. REGISTRATION FEE: The registration fee for this conference is US$300, which should be paid at the registration desk in cash (Mexican pesos, Euros, and US dollars only). The registration fee includes * Admission to all scientific talks * Reception on Sunday evening * Morning and afternoon coffee during breaks, from Monday to Friday * The conference Dinner * Publication in an electronic proceedings VENUE AND ACCOMODATION The conference will be held at the "Centro de Convenciones" in Puebla, Mexico. Puebla is a beautiful colonial city, with modern infrastucture facilities for the tourists. The conference webpage contains a list of hotels with special tariffs for conference participants. Please click on the "ACCOMODATION" section for contact information. The conference hall is at a walking distance from all these hotels. We request you to book the hotel of your choice at the earliest, as there is a lot of touristic activities in the city throughout the year, and it has been recently highlighted in the travel pages of New York Times (http://travel.nytimes.com/2013/09/15/travel/savoring-the-pleasures-of-puebla-mexico.html). Puebla can be reached in two ways: (1) flying to Mexico City and taking an airport bus to Puebla (2-hour ride), and (2) flying directly to the Puebla Airport, which has flights from Houston (IAH), and Dallas (DFW), in addition to having connecting flights from 3 Mexican International Airports --- Cancun (CUN), Guadalajara (GDL) and Tijuana (TIJ).
