Reserving materials

Materials that are used most must be made available to the user whenever he/she requires it. The purpose of this service it to help researchers that are also teachers and may need materials.

Fundamental books and lesson notes are the type of materials that are usually reserved.

The course teacher must contact the librarian in charge of the reserved materials and inform them what titles they want to have set aside.

If a book is out on loan, a user may reserve it so that when it is returned he/she can take it out.

Reserved materials are kept for a one year period, at the beginning of the year all reserved materials will be reintegrated to the collection because the number of reserved books varies and materials are constantly changing.
