and will be edited by E. Recillas, L. Aguilar, A. Luna, J.R. Valdes
The manuscript DEADLINE is November 30th 2008. Please help us by
strictly adhering to it.

The page limits for each type of contribution are:
- up to 12 pages for invited talks
- up to 6 pages for short oral contributions
- up to 4 pages for poster presentations
Papers may include color figures, but budget limitations require us to
pass on the additional cost to the authors. Price per color page, on
coated paper, is US$ 150.00.
