  • Galaxy Formation: Cosmic Background and Lyman alpha forest. Dark Matter and structure
  • Galaxy Evolution: Clusters and individual galaxies (colors, evolution, X-rays, gas, B-fields, chemical abundances, masses, ages, interactions, star formation, and AGN)
  • Star Formation and Evolution: Star formation in the Galaxy and external galaxies (IMF, masses, metallicities and primordial star formation). Spectrophotometric evolution
  • Feedback: Gas and H2 formation. Energy injection from stars (HII regions, Supernovae, WR, PN, superbubbles). The role of dust.
  • The Future: Perspectives for future research on star formation at different epochs with the new telescopes and computational capabilities.

All talks and posters will be published in A.S.P. Conference Series, Eds. J. Franco, E. Terlevich, O. López-Cruz, and I. Aretxaga. The space limit for contributions is:
  • 6 pages for invited talks
  • 4 pages for contributed talks
  • 1 page for posters
